医院内下呼吸道感染患者C-反应蛋白、前降钙素活性测定

Detection of activity of C-reactive protein and procalcitonin in patients with nosocomial lower respiratory tract infection

目的 了解C 反应蛋白 (CRP)、前降钙素 (PCT)在医院内下呼吸道感染患者血液中的变化。方法 对发生医院内下呼吸道感染的 37例患者的CRP ,PCT活性进行检测 ,并设同期体检健康者 36例为对照组。结果 医院感染组CRP阳性率和PCT活性均明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 CRP和PCT活性在医院内下呼吸道感染患者血液中明显升高 ,对医院内下呼吸道感染有明显的监测作用。

Objective To observe the levels of blood C-reactive protein (CRP) and procalcitonin (PCT) in patients with nosocomial lower respiratory tract infection. Methods The blood CRP and PCT activity in 37 patients with lower respiratory tract infection and 36 healthy persons in the control group were detected. Results The positive rate of CRP and the activity of PCT in infection group were significantly higher than that of the control one (P< 0.01). Conclusion The increasing activity of CRP and PCT had monitoring effect on patients with nosocomial lower respiratory tract infection.
