摘要
主要测试了聚碳酸酯及其热致液晶高分子改性聚碳酸酯的流变性能,分析了粘度对剪切和温度的敏感性.结果表明,液晶改性聚碳酸酯的粘度比纯聚碳酸酯的粘度低得多,从而改善了加工性能;流动活化能随剪切速率的增大而减小;在相同剪切速率(≤1000 ^(-1))下,液晶改性聚碳酸酯的温度敏感性比纯聚碳酸酯的小。
The rheological properties of polycarbonate and thermotropic liquid crystalline polymer(TLCP) modified polycarbonate are studied. The shear and temperature sensitivity ofvoscosity are analysed. The results show that the viscosity of blend is much lower thanthat of pure polycarbonate and the processing properties are improved greatly. The flowactive energy decreases with the increase of the shear rate.At the same shear rate(≤1000S^(-1)), the temperature sensitivity of polycarbonate modified by TLCP is smallerthan that of pure polycarbonate.
