摘要
阐述了用填料改性聚四氟乙烯的机理,论证了用填充聚四乙烯代替桦木用作船舶尾轴套的可行性。将各种填料按不同配比混合,测定出各种主要性能,选出最佳的填充改性聚四氟乙烯的配方,对制作耐磨船舶尾轴套有参考价值。
The filling mechanism of PTFE is introduced. The possibility of using PTFE instead ofbirch in tail shaft sleeves as a bearing surface in ships is discussed. The main features ofmixtures of different filler proportions are tested and the best dosage of PTFE is chosenfor making abrasion-resistance tail shaft sleeves of ships.
