摘要
运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,分析新课程理念下体育教师角色的转变。研究认为在新体育课程实施过程中,体育教师角色要转变成为学习过程的指导者、促进者;新课程改革的主动参与者;学生未来生活的设计者;课程内容资源的开发者;"社会型"、"社区型"体育教师等。
In this article methods of documentation and logical analysis were used and the change of PE teachers′ role under new curriculum philosophies was discussed. In the course of implementing the new course, the authors think that P.E teachers should play the role as a director and promoter in the course of study, a designer and organizer of study activities, a designer of the students′ future life, a developer of teaching resources, 'society type','community type' sports teacher, etc. Which can provide reference for PE teachers quickly adjust to new curriculum.
