摘要
着重研究了国产抗氧剂、热稳定剂、滑爽剂、加工改性剂及开口剂等多种单一助剂,及复合使用基础树脂性能和作用.实验结果表明,研制的多功能复合助剂物理性能及使用性能优良,完合可以代替目前引进LLDPE原料树脂生产装置上造粒使用的抗氧剂1076、预混合剂8~＃、开口剂及滑爽剂(C15-38)等进口助剂。
The various domestic single agents such as antioxidants, heat stabilizers, slip agents, processingmodifiers, open-ended agents ets. and the properties, effects of their compositions by addingbasic resins are studied. The experimental results show that physical and use properties of theprepared multifunctional composite agents are excellent. These agents can completely replace theimported agents of antioxidant 1076, premixture ~#8, open-ended agents and slip agents (C15-38)pelleting in the imported LLDPE raw resin producing plants.
