摘要
炭黑是既廉价又高效的紫外线屏蔽剂,在塑料中它还具有导电作用、着色作用、填充作用和补强作用.然而,炭黑在塑料中的分散十分困难,分散差的炭黑会影响制品的断裂强度、伸长率、耐环境应力开裂、导甩性和对紫外线的屏蔽能力。本文叙述国内外的炭黑在塑料中分散的理论、影响分散的炭黑自身因素、分散设备、工艺路线和对分散效果的评价方法等方面的现状。
Carbon blacks not only are cheap and efficient ultra-violet light screening agent, butalso plays the roles of electric conductivity, coloring, filling and reinforcement in plastics.However, carbon blacks are difficult to disperse in plastics. If it dispersed badly in plas-tics, it would affect the fracture strength, elongation, environmental stress cracking resis-tance, electric conductivity and the ultra-violet light screening ability of plastics. The pre-sent situations at home and abroad of carbon black are detailed in the aspects ofdispersing principle, affecting elements of carbon black itself, equipment, processing routeand estimation method.
