摘要
分析了串联型逆变器定角控制的必要性,提出了一种定角控制的频率跟踪方法,并对其实现进行了研究。以MATLAB/Simulink为仿真工具,建立了以IGBT(绝缘栅双极型晶体管)为开关器件的串联型逆变器仿真模型,对提出的定角控制方法进行了仿真验证。仿真结果表明该定角控制方法是可行的,能够使串联型逆变器在较宽的频率范围内保持功率因数角恒定。
The authors analyze the necessity of fixed-angle-control for series resonant inverter and propose a frequency tracking method for fixed-angle-control. The implementation of this method is also studied. Simulation model of IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) series resonant inverter based on MATLAB/Simulink is established. The simulation results indicate the dynamic process of series resonant inverter and demonstrate that the new method of fixed-angle-control can keep the 'power factor angle' as constant in a wide frequency range.
