摘要
扬州在长江三角洲各市中区位优势并不明显,属于第三层次、边缘地带。要实现跨越式发展,必须迅速融入苏南板块,在长江三角洲联动发展中寻求机遇。其战略举措是借势谋篇、借智转轨、借邻升级、借轴兴业、借资聚财、借鸡生蛋。
Yangzhou city does not have many advantages among the other cities and districts on the Changjiang Delta. The city must join in Sunan(South Jiangsu Province) Plate if it wants to stride to develop. Surely, it can make greater progress in the interactions of development of those advanced cities and districts.
