摘要
欧洲有着古老的文明,是资本主义的发源地。就是这个古老而富有生命力的地方,成为人类历史上迄今为止两次世界大战的策源地。尤其是第二次世界大战,给人类带来了几乎是毁灭性的破坏。作为欧洲大陆两个主要国家———德国和法国素来有着很深的积怨,但在第二次世界大战后,双方却实现了和解,并且推动了后来欧洲一体化的发展,使欧洲完成了最初的联合。
Europe has ancient civilization and is also the source of capitalism. But this very ancient and dynamic place has become the source of two World War in human history, especially the Second World War almost totally destroyed the human kind. As two great powers in the European continent, there existed profound hatred between France and Germany. After the Second World War, the two sides achieved reconciliation and push the integration of the European Union , and so realized the union of Europe at the first stage. The essay tries to analyses the reason behind the Franco-German reconciliation.
