针对我国民营经济的发展实际 ,对亚当·斯密的“看不见的手”理论可以辩证地理解为 :保护消费者权益能促进民营经济发展 ,它是促进民营经济发展的“一只看不见的手”。保护消费者权益既符合民营企业的长期利益最大化要求 ,又符合优胜劣汰的市场竞争法则 。
