摘要
供应链中的信息共享及合作带来的利益往往集中于上游核心企业。在供应商管理库存 (V MI)环境下 ,哪些因素能影响上下游企业利益的分配 ,核心企业应该怎样通过对策略的调整来影响利益分配的平衡及供应链的运营效率。文中通过在原有库存模型中引入对配送间隔的分析和对 V MI的仿真 ,证明了配送批量越小或参与合作的下游企业越多 ,则供应链更加敏捷 ,下游企业得益越多 ;若配送批量越大 ,上游核心企业从规模化的配送中节约了更多的配送成本 ,而零售商则需要更高的库存存货以保证其供货率。
Supplier often benefits more from information sharing and cooperation in supply chain management than retailer In VendorManaged Inventory(VMI), what is the main factor that influences the distribution of benefit from this supply chain initiative, how does supplier influence the distribution of benefit to promote cooperation? In this paper, we analyze the frequency of replenishment to retailers in a twolevel supply chain model and simulated the execution of VMI Our work shows that smaller quantity of minimum shipment unit increases supply chain agility and inventory stability, while the supplier bears more cost of shipment and vice versa
