摘要
简要地介绍了酒精生产系统的工艺流程及控制要求 ,介绍了力控组态软件及其在由美国控软公司的 MAN TRA控制器和工业计算机组成的酒精生产自动化监控系统中的应用。具体说明了组态软件对生产过程中进行参数采集、记录、控制的实现方法。并详细阐述了控制系统的硬件结构和软件功能设计 ,该系统方便的实现了系统工作状态的监测和定值设定。
This paper gives a brief introduction to technological process and control requirements for the production system of ethyl alcohol, introduces configuration software of forcecontrol and the application in automation supervisory control system of ethyl alcohol distillery, which is composed of set of industrial PC and MANTRA controller of ControlSoft Then particularizes the method of data acquisition, logging and control based on configuration software It also makes a detailed exposition for the hardware construction and software function of the control system, which enables the supervision over the system work condition and initialization
