从政治哲学的角度来看政治的现代性是指政治在从传统向现代转变过程中所表现出的本质特征,它是社会现代性的一个方面。现代政治文明是在政治现代化运动过程中形成的,可以说是现代化的结果,是政治现代性的一个具体体现。政治文明对于实现整个社会主义政治现代化具有十分重要的意义,因此要结合中国国情加强社会主义政治文明建设。

From the point of the political philosophy, we can see the political modernity is the substantial character of the politics during its transformation from tradition to modern. The political modernity is one facet of the social modernity. Modern political civilization comes into being during the political modernization process; it can be the result of the political modernization and it is one concrete indication of the political modernity. Political civilization is very significant to the whole socialism political modernization, thus we should enhance the socialism political civilization construction based on the situation of our country.
