摘要 自东北红豆杉(Taxus cuspidata Sieb.et Zucc.)根、茎、叶中分离获得78种内生真菌,经形态学和ITS分 析,确认分别属于子囊菌亚门的3个属和半知菌亚门的23个属,表明东北红豆杉内生真菌具有丰富的物种多 样性,其中有4个菌种能产紫杉醇。 78 endophytes were isolated and obtained from yew tree, Taxus cuspidata. According to the morphological characterization and ITS gene sequences, these 78 species belong to 26 genera, which fall into two groups, Ascomycotina and Deutermycotina. They are 3 genera of Ascomycotina and 23 genera of Deutermycotina. The result show the variety in endophytic fungi of the yew tree. In these endophytes, 4 species can produce taxol.
