井下节流工艺技术在双坨子气田开发中的应用

Downhole throttling process used in Shuangtuozi gas field

介绍了井下节流工艺原理、工具技术指标及适用范围 ,给出了具体实施方案设计在双坨子气田开发中的应用。结果表明 ,应用井下节流工艺技术 ,可达到控制气井产量、取消地面加热设备、节约加热用气、降低集气支线管线压力等级和降低气井开采成本的作用 。

This paper introduces the principle, technical index of tools, and applicable scope of downhole throttling process, and provides a concrete plan implemented in Shuangtuozi gas field. The result shows that, downhole throttling process can control gas well production, eliminate surface heating equipment, save heating gas, reduce branch line pressure level and gas recovery cost.
