Supersonic energy-saving device for super heavy oil as fuel oil

通过采用超声波换能器对热采锅炉燃油 (特稠油 )进行处理 ,采用化学表面活性剂、超声波喷咀等进行处理后 ,可使特稠油中油包水、水包油分子团细微化 ,并大大降低了粘度及凝固点 ;可有效防止熄火现象 ,提高燃烧值 。

Supersonic transducer is used for thermal recovery boiler to treat fuel oil (super heavy oil). After being treated by chemical surfactant and supersonic nozzle, the molecular groups of water-in-oil and oil-in-water are fined and the viscosity and pour-point are reduced to avoid extinguishing, to improve fuel value and to save fuel oil.
