摘要
船舶自动识别系统(Automatic Identification System,简称 AIS)是一种新型的船舶辅助导航设备，IMO MSC73会议已通过 AIS 强制性安装议案。为加强远洋船员对 AIS 设备操作的培训，同时将电子海图应用与 AIS 设备的使用有机结合，开发了 AIS 综合模拟器，大大提高了船员的培训效果。本文介绍基于电子海图应用平台下的 AIS 综合模拟器的开发与使用。
The Automatic Identification System(abbreviated as AIS)is a new navigation aid,which is tobe mandatory for the installment on ships by the MSC73 Resolution,IMO.The development of the AIS synthe-sized simulator will greatly improve the seafarers' training effect in that it will further strengthen the operationtraining of the AIS equipment and combine the application of the electronic charts with the AIS system.This ar-ticle introduces the research and development of the AIS simulator based on the practical application of the elec-tronic charts.
