Mr. Cheng Yingquan is Tang’s intimate friend made in Kongdao Middle School of Changsha 61 years ago. Even today, the two old friends still keep in touch with each other through letters. In this return letter to Mr. Cheng, Tang said: it came as no surprise the disaster took place since the source coming from not nature but human being. Actually, no matter earthquake, tsunami, flood or thunderbolt, all are natural phenomena on the earth. And the so-called benefit or damage, is just concerning people’s self-interest. Frequent disasters due to human’s neglect and destroy to the nature and environment. Currently, what we should do is to use our wisdom to avoid, control, even utilize those calamities, not to pour oil on the flame!
