抑郁情绪对2-型糖尿病患者胰岛素敏感性的影响 被引量:21

摘要 目的 探讨2 -型糖尿病伴随和不伴随抑郁患者的胰岛素敏感性。方法 选择58例伴随和62例不伴随抑郁情绪的 2 -型糖尿病患者,化验其血糖(BS)、糖基化血红蛋白(HBA1C)、胰岛素(Ins)、C肽、皮质醇(F),血粘度等指标,并进行统计学处理。结果 糖尿病合并抑郁与不合并抑郁相比,在血糖、胰岛素、体重指数(BMI)无明显差异的情况下,葡萄糖耐量数值(Kitt值)上升,血粘度、皮质醇、红细胞最大变形指数(Di- max)明显增高。结论 糖尿病合并抑郁患者的胰岛素抵抗增加,抗抑郁治疗有助于血糖的控制。 Objective To explore the sensitivity of insulin in diabetic patients with or without depression.Methods Blood glucose,HBA 1C ,insulin,cpeptide,corticosteroid,and blood viscosity were detected in 58 diabetic patients with depression and 62 diabetic patients without depression.Results There were no significant differences in the level of blood glucose,insulin,body weight index(BMI)between diabetic patients with depression and without depression.But Kitt value,blood viscosity,corticosteroid,Dimax significantly increased in the diabetic patients with depression.Conclusion Insulin-resistance elevated in diabetic patients with depression.Antidepressive therapy may contribute to controlling blood glucose.
