洛沙平与利培酮治疗精神分裂症的对照研究

A comparative study of loxapine and risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenic patients

目的 研究洛沙平与利培酮治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效及安全性。方法 63 例精神分裂症患者随机分成2组,分别给予洛沙平与利培酮治疗8 周,并用 PANSS量表评价临床疗效,TESS评价不良反应。结果 两组之间疗效无显著差异,洛沙平起效快。洛沙平常见副反应有锥体外系反应(EPS)。结论 洛沙平是一种安全、有效和起效快的抗精神病药物。

Objective To study the efficacy of loxapine and risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods A total of 63 patients were randomly assigned to receiving loxapine or risperidone for 8 weeks.PANSS and TESS were used to measure the efficacy.Results There were no significant differences in the total curative effects between two groups(P>0.05).The main side effect of loxapine was extrapyramidal side effect.Conclusion Loxapine is an effective and safe antipsychotic agent.
