急性脑卒中后抑郁与病灶的关系分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的　探求急性脑卒中后抑郁的发生与 CT所示病灶的关系。方法　对 76 例急性脑卒中后抑郁患者症状与CT所示病灶的关系进行分析。结果　基底节病灶、大脑半球前部病灶、左侧半球病灶易导致抑郁的发生。结论　对基底节病灶、大脑半球前部病灶、左侧半球病灶的急性脑卒中患者应常规进行心理测试及精神检查,以早期发现早期治疗。
