摘要
观察白蚁醇提物对小鼠肉廇 S180的抑廇活性及其对荷廇小鼠免疫功能的影响.结果表明,白蚁醇提物能抑制小鼠肉廇 S180的生长,其抑廇率可达40.2%;实验还表明白蚁醇提物能增强荷瘤小鼠腹腔吞噬细胞的吞噬功能,其吞噬百分率及吞噬指数与对照组相比均有显著意义。
The paper studied the antitumor activity and immunodulating effect exhibited by
oral administration of termite extract obtained from Termite with 50° white wine.Results
showed that the administration of Termite extract inhibted the growth of S180 in mice,the
inhibitory rates were 40.2%.The immunodulating effect test indicated that the Phagocytic
function of peritoneal macrophages was obviously promoted by administration of Termite
extract.
