Based on the practical situation of medium/small-sized enterprises and the analysis of their demand, this article puts forward the basic aim of the system and clarifies its structure and functions. Furthermore, it provides a relevant case with C/S and Web technologies. It will be of great help for medium/small-sized enterprises to build their OA information system.
