On the construction of the cadre team governing students in public security colleges in the new situation

随着对外开放不断扩大、社会主义市场经济的深入发展 ,我国社会经济成分、组织形式、就业方式、利益关系和分配方式日益多样化 ,人们思想活动的独立性、选择性、多变性和差异性日益增强。传统计划经济条件下形成的公安院校学生管理模式在新形势下暴露出诸多弊端 ,迫切需要建设一支政治强、业务精、作风正的学生管理干部队伍。

With the development of the society, various defects of the conventional modes of governing students, which were formed under the planned economic conditions, have revealed in the new situations. It’s of urgent necessity to build a student-governing cadre team with high political quality, competent governing abilities, and honest and upright ways of working.
