本文综述了关于二氧化钛光催化技术中常用的测试表征技术 ,包括结构分析、形貌分析、元素与化学分析及光电性能分析 。
The most used characterization technologies of TiO 2 in photo catalysis are surveyed,including the structuralanalysis,morphological analysis,element and chemical analysis,and photo and electrical properties test.Thepurpose is to have a good understanding of the characterization technologies of TiO 2 used in photo catalysis.
