电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定高纯碳酸锂中的杂质元素

Dtermination of trace amounts of Impurities'Elements in High Pure Li_2CO_3 by ICP-MS

本法采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪 (ICP—MS)测定了高纯碳酸锂中的杂质元素 ,考察了基体效应对测定元素的影响 ,以In作为内标元素 ,有效地克服了基体效应所引起的测定偏差 ,方法的加标回收率为 90 % -1 0 6% ,测定下限为 0 .0 1 2 μg g -0 .3 8μg g,测量精度 (RSD)为 0 .7-3 .1 % .

A method for the determination of impurities’elements in high pure Li 2CO 3 by ICP-MS was reported.The matrix and spectral interference had been studied and the matrix affection was compensaed through adding internal reference elements as In.Otherwise,the spectral interference was avoided by selection isotopes of elements.The detection limits is 0.0 1 2 μg/g～0.3 8μg/g,the precision(RSD)is 0.7%～3.1%and the recovery is from 9.5%to 106%.
