摘要
本文用双盘法在自由进食条件下对40名吸烟和不吸烟者进行了膳食锌(Zn)营养状况的调查和肺功能的对照研究。结果表明吸烟使Zn摄入和吸收减少,并引起血清Zn下降,而长期膳食Zn的减少可影响肺功能。
The zinc (Zn) nutrition status and pulmonary function were studied by the duplication plate diet analysis in three consecutive days among 20 male smokers and 20 male non-smokers as control. All of them consumed self-selected diets. The results showed that Zn intake and absorpation were decreased by cigarette smoking resulting in reduction of serum Zn. The changes observed in pulmonary functions were probably related to long-standing deficency of Zn in serum.
