二维超声心动图在妊高征心脏病心功能检测及其产科处理上的应用价值

Measurement of Heart Functions of Hypertensive Syndrome and Heart Disease of Pregnancy and its Value in Obstetric Treatment

应用二维超声心动图检测 2 0例妊高征心脏病 (观察组 )及 2 0例正常孕妇 (对照组 )的左室功能。结果显示 :观察组中 ,大部分存有不同程度的心功能不全 ,重症病例心功能失代偿时 ,其左心功能的几项主要指标均偏离正常值 ,SV,CO,EF明显低于对照组 ,并随病情加重而降低 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ;轻度和中度病例的测定值与对照组比较 ,差异不明显 ( P>0 .0 5) ,是为心功能代偿期。表明对于妊高征心脏病患者 ,心功能检测应列为常规。

The left ventricular systolic functions of 40 women,of which 20 have hypertensive syndrome and heart disease (observed group)and 20 are normal (control group),were measured using two-dimensional echocardiography.The main items of measurement are left ventricle diastolic telophase content (Vd),left ventricle shrinkage telophase(Vs),cardiacoutput (SV),cardiac output per minute(CO) and ejection fraction(EF).The results show that there are heart failures for most cases of observed group.For some serious cases indexes of their left ventricle function deviate from normal,and SV,CO and EF are obviously lower than those of control group,when heart functions are in decompensation.The more serious the patient’s illness,the lower the above indexes( P <0.01).Comparing light and moderate cases with normal, the differences in the above indexes are not obvious( P >0.05).This is the heart function compensation.
