中医疏肝解郁法治疗喘证的研究

A study on treating the syndrome characterized by asthma with the chi nese traditional medicine therapy of soothing the liver and regulating the circu lation of Qi

报告采用疏肝解郁法治疗喘证150例,并与单用平喘法进行对照,发现前法疗效优于后法,卡方检验两组疗效之间有高度显著性差异。据此认为疏肝解郁法可以顺气平喘,祛风抗敏。提示治疗喘证不可单求平喘,还应重视情志治疗。

150 cases of patients with syndrome characterized by asthma were treated by the therapy of Soothing the Liver and Regulating the Circulation of Qi, whereas the patients in the control group were treated, solely by the therapy of Ro(?)eving Asthma. The present study showed that the therapeutic effect in the former group was much better then that in the latter Chi—square test revealed that the difference in the therapeutic effects between the two groups was higly significant. The mechanism of the therapy of Soothing the Liver and Regulating the Circulation of Qi couid be consideted to comprise: (1)eheeking upward adverse flow of the lung and relievin8 asthma,and (2)expelling wind and antihypersensitiveness. The paper sugsests that in the treatment of syndrome characterized by asthma should not only consisr of relieving asthma,but should also pay enough attention to emotional therapy.
