摘要
对《WRC297公报》[2]中给出的接管力矩载荷的刚度系数部分进行有限元分析研究。文[2]中接管力矩载荷的刚度系数解析计算结果与有限元法计算结果存在着较大的误差 ,针对该问题 ,本研究采用ANSYS有限元软件对文[2]中给出的曲线进行计算 ,以分析其可能的误差。然后 ,按有限元分析结果绘制出更正确合理的刚度系数曲线。本研究结果应用于工程设计中的管系应力分析 ,可使计算结果更为精确。
In this paper, the finite element analysis for stiffness factors of pipe subjected to moment given in WRC 297 was carried out. Compared with the results from finite element analysis, the stiffness factors resulted from equations in reference were found to have big difference in some cases. To this problem, ANASYS was used to calculate the curves listed in, and the difference between the calculated results and curves were analyzed. Further, a set of more appropriate stiffness curves were presented based on the results of finite element analysis. When the research results herein are used in stress analysis of piping system in engineering, more precise results can be obtained.
