摘要
根据法兰类零件端面现场加工的要求 ,提出了一种适合于现场加工使用要求的加工机设计方案。在对现场加工要求进行了详细分析的基础上 ,确定了一种规格加工机的加工范围及其主要性能指标。采用模块化设计原则 ,将一台加工机分成动力站单元、动力罩单元、回转与变速单元、支撑夹紧单元。阐述了整个加工机的工作原理 ,对各个单元设计作了较详细的分析 ,并指出应注意的事项。
In accordance with the requirements for field machining end of flange type parts, a design scheme of machine, which is appropriate to the requirements, was proposed. Based on the detailed analysis of these requirements, the machining scope and main characteristics of this machine were determined. By the modularizing design principle, this machine was divided into power unit, power casing unit, rotation and speed changing unit and support and clap unit. Finally, the working mechanism of the machine was stated, the design for each unit was analyzed in detail and the key points in developing this machine were presented.
