摘要
通过对特征映射机理及其映射过程的分析,提出了一种基于车身覆盖件特征模型、面向组合检具智能设计的特征映射系统.在研究车身覆盖件的结构形状特征、定位装夹特征、检测特征和车身检具关系的基础上,讨论了车身覆盖件模型到检具模型的特征映射关系,给出特征信息演变的映射函数,实现在车身覆盖件的概念设计阶段,同步进行检具设计的思想.文中的覆盖件表面特征分析、相应检具功-构映射和组合检具结构生成的过程完成了零件设计特征到相应检具模型特征的映射,从而实现了信息在特征层上的转换,完善了在并行工程环境下产品信息的集成与共享,并进行了实例验证.
Based on analyzing mapping mechanism, a feature mapping system based on auto-body covering feature model and oriented on modular checker intelligent design was described. Based on the relation between the covering shape feature, holding feature, checking feature and checker model, the feature mapping relation from auto-body covering model to checker model was discussed, the mapping function of feature information evolving process, was presented,and a simultaneously checker design during covering concept design phase was realized. In this system, the process of covering surface feature analysis, checker function-form mapping and construct of modular checker structure realizes the mapping from covering design feature to corresponding checker feature model. Therefore, the conversion of feature information on the feature level is implemented, which accords with the theory of concurrent engineering. An example was presented to verify the system. A new approach of modular checker intelligent design was explored.
