摘要
依据异形销孔加工的现状,采用压电陶瓷驱动的柔性铰链机构实现镗刀的径向微位移.根据活塞异形销孔几何特征和压电陶瓷驱动器控制精度高、刚性好和高频响特点及其具有的传感功能,提出了压电电压反馈的控制系统,并在该系统中引入重复控制和干扰通道的开环前馈控制,从而提高了系统的稳定性和跟踪精度.实验表明,加工精度可达3μm.
According to the necessity of non-circular piston pinhole and actuality of machining, a piezoelectric actuator driven micro-displacement mechanism was put forward to achieve the feeding of boring tool. On the basis of geometric features of piston pinhole and the characteristics of piezoelectric actuators, which have infinite resolution, high stiffness, high frequency and its sensor function, a piezoelectric voltage feedback control system was put forward. Meanwhile, a feed-forward controller in open-loop disturbance channel and a repetitive controller were also introduced into the system. As a result, the robustness and tracking precision of the system are bettered. It is shown by experiments that 3-micron machining accuracy can be achieved.
