摘要
研究了工业包装线上开口容器内液体的晃动控制,建立了矩形容器、圆柱形容器和一般直立旋转对称容器线性充液控制系统的状态方程.采用能量最优控制方案,得到了线性控制律,计算得到了运动时间步长与液面波高响应的关系曲线,并对矩形容器的晃动控制进行了数值仿真实验.比较了理论结果与仿真结果的差别,以及对液体晃动残余能量影响的分析,给出了线性模型的适用范围.
The optimal control of liquid slosh in an industrial packaging machine was investigated. The state equations of linear liquid filled control system were established for respective rectangular tank, circular cylindric tank and arbitrary axisymmetric tank. Based on minimum-energy optimization, the acceleration profile was obtained. The relationship between the movement time step and the surface elevation was calculated and the numerical simulation experiment was made for liquid in rectangular container which is treated as a nonlinear system under a certain control. The theoretical result and the simulational one were compared and the effect of remaining energy of liquid slosh after one cycle of movement was studied. Lastly, the condition was given that the linear model is acceptable.
