管壳式石墨换热器是湿法磷酸装置浓缩工序的关键设备 ,生产中因各种因素影响 ,石墨管易损坏 ,检漏较麻烦 ,对换管的质量要求较高。总结了检漏、堵漏和换管的实践经验 ,详细介绍了“检漏三法”、“堵漏三法”、“换管两法” 。
The shell and tube graphite heat exchanger is a critical equipment in the concentration operation of wet phosphoric acid plant.Due to the influence of various factors in the production,the graphite tubes are prone to damage and the leakage detection is difficult,so there are high requirements for the quality of tube replacement.The practical experiences for leakage detection,leakage stoppage and tube replacement are summarized,and the “three leakage detection methods”,“three leakage stoppage methods”,and “two tube replacement methods” are introduced in detail for your reference.
