摘要
针对原设计的湿法磷酸装置氟吸收系统效果差、尾气“带沫”严重、材料腐蚀、系统易堵塞和操作环境差等缺陷 ,提出了氟吸收工艺流程、喷射吸收塔结构、部分设备和管道选材以及工艺配管等的改进措施 ,收到了预期效果 ,尾气达标排放 。
Revamp measures are proposed for the process flow,spray absorption tower structure,part of the equipment and pipe material selection and process piping,etc.of the fluorine absorption operation so as to correct the defects in the originally designed fluorine absorption system in the wet phosphoric acid plant which include bad effect,serious off-gas “entrainment”,material corrosion,system plugging and bad operating environment,etc.The expected effect is achieved,the off-gas discharge meets the standard and the system efficiency is significantly increased.
