老年男性血清睾酮、雌二醇对脂代谢影响的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 了解我国老年男性性激素与血脂的关系。方法 检测 6 2 0例我国老年男性血清睾酮 (T)、雌二醇 (E2 )与总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL C)进行分析。结果 低HDL C组的T和E2 均数均低于正常组 ,高TG组的T和E2 均数均低于正常组 ,差异均有显著性意义。相关性分析显示 ,T与E2 呈非常显著性正相关、与TG呈非常显著性负相关、与HDL C呈非常显著性正相关 ;E2 与TG呈显著性负相关 ,与HDL C呈显著性正相关 ;校正T因素后E2 与TG、HDL C不再显示相关 ,却与TC、LDL C呈显著负相关。多元线性回归分析则仅显示T与HDL C显著性正相关、与TG显著性负相关 ,而E2 与TG、HDL C则无相关性。结论 老年男性内源性睾酮和雌二醇均是脂质代谢的有益因子 ,雄激素水平降低可能加速脂代谢异常相关的动脉硬化。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the lipid level and sex hormone in elderly men.Methods Detecting the levels of serum testosterone (T),estradiol (E 2),total cholesterol (TC),triglycerides (TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) of 620 Chinese elderly men.Result Compared with the normal lipid group,our research showed that the T and E 2 levels were lower in lower HDL-C group,while higher in higher TG group.The correlative analysis showed that T was positively related to E 2 and HDL-C,negatively related to TG.E 2 was negatively related to TG,positively related to HDL-C.Adjust the factor of T,E 2 was negatively related to HDL-C,but had no relationship with TC and LDL-C.The multivariate regression analysis showed that only T was positively related to HDL-C,while E 2 wasn't related to TG and HDL-C.Conclusion The endogenous T and E 2 are both beneficial factors to metabolism of lipid in elderly men,and the lowering of testosterone level may speed the arteriosclerosis associated with the abnormal lipid metabolism.
