糖尿病的正常甲状腺功能病态综合征

Euthyroid Sick Sydrome in Diabetes Mellitus

应用放射免疫分析法测定80例糖尿病患者的血清甲状腺激素T_3、T_4、rT_3、TSH。T3明显降低,病情严重组的T_3变化比轻微组更显著。Ⅰ与Ⅱ型之间无明显差异。结果表明血清甲状腺激素与糖尿病的病情轻重有关,与型别无关。该检查有助于估计病情严重性、监测临床变化和判断预后。

Serum thyroid hormones T_3、T_4、rT_3、TSH were measured by RIA in 80 cases of diabetes mellitus(DM). T_3 was lowered significantly. Changes of T_3 in severe groups was more remarkable than those observed in mild groups. No significant difference was noted in NIDDM and IDDM. The results showed that the variations of serum thyroid hormones were in concordance with the severity of the disease but not the type of DM. To measure the serum thyroid hormones may be useful in assessing the severity of the disease, monitoring the clinical changes as well as predicting the prognosis of DM.
