摘要
火腿肠经脱脂后 ,用乙醇 -氨 -水溶液提取色素 ,溶液经浓缩后 ,在酸性条件下用聚酰胺吸附 ,在碱性条件下解吸附 ,定容制成水溶液。以C18柱分离 ,用二极管阵列检测器检测 ,采用反相高效液相色谱法测定火腿肠中的食用合成色素诱惑红 ,回收率为 85 .8%~ 93.7% ,测定结果的相对标准偏差为 1.2 5 %~ 2 .39% ,线性范围为 1~ 10 0mg/L ,检出限为 0 .5mg/kg。
After the ham sausage was degreased, the ethanol-ammonia-water mixture was used to extract the synthetic coloring matter from ham sausage. Then the extraction was condensed and the synthetic coloring matter was absorbed with polyamide in acid condition and desorbed in alkali condition. At last the extraction was diluted with water.The fancy red was separated with C 18 column and detected with DAD. A reversed phase high performance liquid chromatographic method was developed to determine fancy red in ham sausage, the recovery is 85.8%~93.7%, the relative standard deviation is 1.25%~2.39%, the linear range is 1~100 mg/L and the detection limit is 0.5 mg/kg.
