摘要
在国标GB/T 184 15 - 2 0 0 1的基础上 ,以OV - 170 1石英毛细管柱为分析柱、氢火焰离子化检测器为检测器 ,采用气相色谱法测定小麦粉中的过氧化苯甲酰。小麦粉中过氧化苯甲酰测量结果的相对标准偏差小于 1.1% ,加标回收率为 96 .5 %~ 10 1.0 % ,检出限为 10 μg/mL ,样品分析时间约为 2 0min。与国标方法相比 ,该法不仅缩短了检测时间 ,而且提高了检测灵敏度。
Benzoyl peroxide in wheat flour was determined by capillary gas chromatography by using OV-1701 quartz capillary column and hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID) based on national standard GB/T 18415-2001. The relative standard deviation of the result is less than 1.1%, the recovery is 96.5%~101.0%, the detection limit is 10 μg/mL and the analysis process lasts about 20 min. The method not only took the short time but also improved the sensitivity compared with national standard method.
