摘要
建立了固相萃取高效液相色谱法测定蜂王浆啤酒中 10 羟基 2 癸烯酸含量的方法。采用固相萃取技术富集蜂王浆中的 10 羟基 2 癸烯酸 ,以甲醇 -水 -磷酸 (体积比为 5 0∶5 0∶0 .5 )为流动相 ,ODS柱分离 ,用紫外检测器于2 15nm处检测。 10 羟基 2 癸烯酸的浓度在 0 .5~ 10 0 .0 μg/mL范围内与其色谱峰峰面积呈良好线性关系 (r =0 .9999) ,回收率为 98%~ 10 8% ,RSD为 2 .1%。
hydroxy 2 decamoic acid(10-HDA) in royal jelly beer was determined by solid phase extraction high performance liquid chromatography. The solid phase extraction was used to concentrate 10-HDA in royal jelly beer, 10-HDA was separated on ODS column with a mixture of CH 3 OH-H 2 O- H 3 PO 4 (50∶50∶0.5) as mobile phase at UV detection wavelength of 215 nm. There is a good linear relationship between the peak area and the concentration of 10-HDA in the range of 0.5~100.0 g/mL ( r = 0.9999 ).The recovery is 98%~108% with RSD of 2.1%.
