摘要
建立H点标准加入法同时测定水中Fe(Ⅱ )和Fe(Ⅲ )的分光光度法。选择磺基水杨酸 -邻菲罗啉混合显色剂作为显色体系 ,在合适的波长条件下 ,Fe(Ⅱ )与Fe(Ⅲ )的浓度比为 1∶15~ 10∶1时均可以利用该方法同时准确测定Fe(Ⅱ )和Fe(Ⅲ )。对环境水样进行测定 ,测定结果的相对标准偏差为 2 .87%~ 4 .5 7% ,回收率为 97.35 %~ 10 4 .5 0 %。
The application of H point standard additions method to the simultaneous determination of Fe(Ⅱ) and Fe(Ⅲ) was studied. Mixed reagents of phenanthroline and sulfosalicylic acid were used as a selective chromogenic system. It was shown that with appropriate selection of wavelength pairs, Fe(Ⅱ) and Fe(Ⅲ) can be determined simultaneously with the concentration ratio of Fe(Ⅱ) to Fe(Ⅲ) varying from 1∶15 to 10∶1 in the mixed sample. The method was applied to the determination of Fe(Ⅱ) and Fe(Ⅲ) in water,the relative standard deviation is 2.87%~4.57%, the recovery is 97.35%~104.50%.
