摘要
建立测定食品中酸性橙Ⅱ的高效液相色谱方法。以甲醇 -水为提取溶剂 ,采用超声波对样品进行处理。采用ODS柱分离 ,以甲醇和 0 .0 2mol/L乙酸铵溶液进行梯度洗脱 ,在 4 84nm波长下检测。酸性橙Ⅱ的质量浓度在 0 .0 0 3~ 1.0 0 0g/L范围内与其色谱峰面积的线性关系良好 (r=0 .9998) ,加标回收率为 99%~ 10 6 % ,RSD为 3.1%。
A high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of acid orange Ⅱ in food was established. The sample was treated in ultrasonic washing machine with methanol-water as the extract. Separation was carried out on an ODS column at room temperature with a gradient elution of methanol and 0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate solution at UV detection wavelength of 484 nm. There is a good linear relationship between the peak area and the concentration of acid orangeⅡin the range of 0.003~1.000 g/L ( r =0.9998). The recovery is 99%~106%, RSD is 3.1%.
