Strategies for developing chlor-alkali industry in Guangxi under the new situation

认为在原材料价格、运输价格上涨等新形势下,广西氯碱行业应当充分利用广西的区域优势、政策优势、资源优势、市场优势以及召开南博会的机遇,做好资源、资金、人才、技术、管理、物流、市场等方面问题的应对策略,通过采取:①资源的开发利用;②深化现代企业管理;③强化物流管理;④资本扩张;⑤挖掘潜力,节能降耗;⑥加强产学研合作,拓宽氯碱产品链;⑦市场定位;⑧进行产业结构调整等发展措施,尽快做强、做大。

The author regarded that under the new situation of the raising price of raw materials and transportation cost, the chlor-alkali industry in Guangxi should make full use of the favorable conditions in region, policy, sources, and market, and the opportunity of holding the Nanning Exposition, and should make plans to cope with the problems to happen in sources, funds, qualified personnel, technology, management, goods flow and market. In order to become large and strong, the following measures should be taken:(1) exploiting sources, (2) furthering modern management of enterprises,(3) strengthening the management of goods flow,(4) expanding capital, (5) tapping potentials to save energy and decrease consumption of materials,(6) strengthening the cooperation among production units, colleges, and research institutes, and extending the chlor-alkali product chain, (7) locating the market, (8) regulating industrial structure.
