介绍了5万t/a隔膜法烧碱蒸发系统中盐泥处理工艺的特点及不足,提出了对盐泥处理工艺的改进措施:改进冷却系统的同时,增加一台复合橡胶板压滤机作为成品碱盐泥的过滤装置。
The characteristics and faults of the process of treating salt slurry in the evaporation system of 50 kt/a diaphragm caustic soda were introduced.Measures to improve this process were proposed,which included improving the cooling system and adding a composite rubber plate-type press filter as the filter for the salt slurry in finished caustic soda.
