摘要
目的 介绍和评价动力髁螺钉治疗股骨近端及远端骨折的手术方法。方法 1998年 1月至 2 0 0 2年 8月应用动力髁螺钉治疗股骨近端转子间骨折 4例 ,转子下骨折 15例 ,转子间、转子下混合骨折 2例 ,股骨远端髁上骨折 7例 ,髁间骨折 5例 ,其中采用 Maier改良技术治疗股骨远端骨折 5例。结果 术后随访 4~ 32个月 ,平均 15 .1个月。骨折于 3~ 5个月内临床愈合 ,关节功能恢复良好 ,未发现内固定物失效及其他并发症。结论 动力髁螺钉设计科学合理 ,内固定坚强可靠 ,如适应证选择得当 。
Objective To introduce and evaluate surgical technique for fractures of the proximal and distal femur treated with dynamic condylar screw.Methods From January 1998 to August 2002,21 cases of fracture of the proximal femur and 12 cases of fracture of the distal femur were treated with dynamic condylar screw.There were 4 cases of reverse intertrochanteric fracture,15 cases of subtrochanteric fracture,2 cases of intertrochanteric-subtrochanteric fracture in fractures of the proximal fermur,there were 7 cases of supracondylar fracture and 5 cases of intracondylar fracture in fractures of the distal femur.5 cases of fracture of the distal femur were treated depend on Maier′s modified method.Results Follow-up period was 4 months to 32 months(Mean 15.1 months).The fractures healed 3~5 months after operation.All patients attained good functional result.The failure of implants was not found in any of the cases.Conclusion Dynamic condylar screw is the ideal implant for fractures of the proximal and the distal femur if the choice of it′s indicaiton is correct.
