运用“块形”腰椎融合器近期临床疗效的观察

Assessment of Early Clinical Result of Lumbar Fusion with CC Cage in 22 cases

目的 运用“块形”腰椎融合器 (CC cage)对 2 2例各种下腰痛患者行单节段后路融合手术治疗 ,术后随访观察并分析临床疗效。方法 对 CC cage融合术后患者临床效果进行随访并进行 JOA改善率分析。10名患者用单纯 CCcage融合 ,另 12名患者采用内固定加 CC cage。结果 经过平均 16 .7个月的随访 ,2 0个患者症状有明显改善 ,总体满意度 91%。结论 CC cage腰椎融合器可以获得脊柱稳定 ,早期疗效满意。

Objective To evaluate the early clinical result of the lumbar single-level fusion with CC cage and follow-up clinical effectiveness in 22 patients with chronic low back pain.Methods Lumbar interbody fusion with CC cage,12 cases received RF+CC cage,10 cases CC cage only,were performed and followed up using JOA.Results All cases were followed up for mean of 16.7 months (range 4～26 months).Of all 20 patients were significant improved.The overall satisfaction rate was 91%.Conclusion CC cage implication has been found to be effective and reliable.There are satisfactory clinical outcome in early stage.The correct performing and proper selection of indication are the keys for clinical succes.
