闭合复位交锁髓内钉治疗股骨胫骨骨折

Treatment of Femoral or Tibial Fractures with Interlocking Intramedullary Nails

目的 探讨闭合复位交锁髓内钉治疗股骨、胫骨骨折的临床应用效果。方法 自 2 0 0 3年 6月至 2 0 0 4年 6月使用交锁髓内钉治疗股骨、胫骨骨折 2 6例 ,手术采用闭合复位、顺行插钉技术 ,分析其疗效。结果 随访病例 2 6例 ,随访时间 6～ 9个月。术后 1～ 3周髋 /膝关节功能恢复正常。无感染 ,无骨折延迟愈合 ,骨不连及畸形愈合。结论 闭合复位交锁髓内钉治疗股骨、胫骨骨折具有创伤小 ,术中出血少 ,稳定性好 ,功能恢复快 ,骨折愈合率高等优点 。

Objective To explore the clinical application of interlocking intramedullary nails in treating femoral or tibial fractures.Methods From June 2003 to June 2004,26 cases of femoral or tibial fractures were treated with interlocking intramedullary nails,All were treated with closed reduction.Results 26 cases were followed up for a period of 6～9 months.The hip and the knee joint were recovered within 1～3 months.No one case occurred deep infection,delayed union,nonunion and malunion.Conclusion The application of closed reduction and interlocking intramedullary nails in the treatment of femoral or tibial fractures has advantages of less trauma,strong fixation,small blooding,early activity of hip joint and knee joint and high healing rate.It was valuable to spread and applicable in clinical practice.
