对影响280柴油机机体铸造尺寸精度的各种因素进行了分析,并对工艺改进措施作了论述;达到了GB6414—86《铸件尺寸公差标准》CT11～CT12级公差值的要求。

The various factors influencing dimentional precision of model 280 diesel engine block castings were analyzed, and the technological measures to improve precision was described. The CT11-12 grades according to the China National Standard GB6414-86 'Dimentional Tolerance of Castings' has been achieved.
