摘要
针对从粉煤灰提取氧化铝传统方法中存在的某些缺点,采用高温烧结—微波辐射的联合操作工艺,从粉煤灰中提取氧化铝。就这一方法的工艺路线及影响氧化铝溶出率的相关因素进行了实验研究,探讨了微波对粉煤灰的作用机制。研究结果表明,这一方法不仅加快了氧化铝从粉煤灰中溶出的速率,缩短了反应历程,同时使产品的溶出率提高到95%以上,产品纯度提高到96%以上。这一工艺具有潜在的应用前景。
In order to overcome the disadvantages of traditional method of extraction of aluminium oxide from fly ash,high-temperature sintering and microwave radiation are used to extract aluminium oxide from fly ash.The mechanism of microwave solubilization and influence factors of the extraction efficiency of aluminium oxide by experiment are studied.Compared with traditional ways, the combined process not only improves extraction velocity of aluminium oxide,but also raises extraction efficiency of products over 95% and purity of products over 96%.The new process has potential practical prospects.
